Today’s Supreme Court 6-3 ruling cleared the way for President Trump to terminate Temporary Protected Status for hundreds of thousands of Haitians and Syrians — and Border Czar Tom Homan was ready with the explanation America has been waiting for.

“𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵 𝘤𝘢𝘭𝘭,” Homan said. 𝐍𝐨 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨��� 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝟏𝟗𝟖𝟒 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐚𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐏𝐒 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐞. The law was designed to offer temporary shelter while a country was in turmoil — after a hurricane, a conflict, a disaster. The expectation was always that when the home country stabilized, the protected migrants would go back. That expectation was never enforced. Until now.

“𝘕𝘰 𝘢𝘥𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘢𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘨𝘶𝘵𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘤𝘵𝘶𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 𝘧𝘰𝘭𝘭𝘰𝘸 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘵𝘦,” Homan said plainly. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐩 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐮𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐰. When a country’s conditions improve, its nationals here under TPS go home — because millions of people are waiting in line the right way, doing it legally, to become part of the greatest nation on earth.

And for those asking why enforcement actions are happening now — Homan was direct: “𝘛𝘩𝘦𝘺 𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘺𝘴𝘵𝘦𝘮.” TPS was never a pathway to permanent residency. It was never a blank check. It was a temporary shelter with an expiration date.

The 6-3 ruling is a landmark: the Supreme Court found that the executive branch — not federal judges — holds the constitutional authority to revoke TPS when conditions no longer warrant it. Forty years of administrative cowardice just met its match.

There are moments when political theater stops and something real breaks through. DHS Secretary Markwayne Mullin—a father of six, including three daughters—delivered one of those moments at today’s House Appropriations hearing.

He wasn’t reading from a brief. He was a parent speaking about what happens to children when the border is open.

Under Biden’s open-border policy, record numbers of unaccompanied minors crossed the southern border. Health and Human Services 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬 of migrant children placed with sponsors. Congressional investigations revealed children in forced labor, textile sweatshops in multiple states, and worse. The administration called it a “𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘪𝘴𝘴𝘶𝘦” and moved on.

Mullin didn’t let the hearing end there. He issued a warning about what’s coming next: “𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘰𝘺𝘴, 𝘵𝘰𝘰. 𝘜𝘯𝘧𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘶𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺, 𝘸𝘦’𝘳𝘦 𝘴𝘦𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘢 𝘳𝘪𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘺𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘣𝘰𝘺𝘴 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘳𝘢𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘬𝘦𝘥. 𝘈𝘯𝘥 𝘪𝘵 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘣𝘴 𝘺𝘰𝘶.”

Trump’s DHS is now trying to account for what four years of 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 made possible. The Democrats in that hearing room sat in silence. They own the consequences of the policy they demanded.

Rep. Byron Donalds just delivered the sharpest single argument against the left’s voter ID opposition, and he did it in two sentences.

He’s right. The Obama Presidential Center opened in Chicago’s Jackson Park on June 19, 2026. Illinois residents who want 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐓𝐮����𝐬𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 must show a valid photo ID proving residency. No ID, no free ticket. This is the Obama Foundation’s own policy.

Meanwhile, Democrats have spent decades arguing that requiring voters to show ID at the polls is 𝐚𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐫 targeting minority communities. A federal judge just this week struck down Trump’s executive order requiring proof of citizenship to register to vote, ruling it unconstitutional.

So the standard in 2026 is clear: you need photo ID to get your free Tuesday at the Obama museum. You do not, according to the Democratic Party and its allied judges, need any ID to cast a vote that shapes the future of the country.

𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐞 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐫𝐬 — 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐲 𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬 to drain Medicaid, the program funding healthcare for the country’s most vulnerable citizens.

VP JD Vance has been personally driving the administration’s push on healthcare fraud accountability, with DOGE’s AI-powered detection capabilities accelerating investigations across the country. The numbers are staggering: $6.5 billion in false claims, 455 people charged, 90-plus licensed professionals who took an oath and violated it for profit.

Democrats spent four years presiding over Medicaid and Medicare while fraud bled billions. 𝐓𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐢𝐬 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐭 𝐮𝐩. The Trump DOJ did in two weeks what four years of Democratic oversight couldn’t accomplish — the largest Medicaid fraud enforcement action in the history of the Department of Justice.
