@RepMTG You are the enemy MTG. You do nothing to help our country, I can not wait to see you kicked out of congress. You are a political gold digger. Why do you do this crap you are only hurting the GOP
This is a LIE! Former President Donald Trump was indicted on March 30, 2023 by a Manhattan grand jury on 34 counts of falsifying business records in the first degree. The charges are related to reimbursements to Mr. Trump's former fixer, Michael D. Cohen, for hush money payments made to two women who alleged affairs with Trump before the 2016 election.
The indictment alleges that Trump and Cohen "repeatedly and fraudulently falsified New York business records to conceal crimes that hid damaging information from the voting public during the 2016 presidential election." The charges carry a maximum sentence of four years in prison.
I believe you are trying to obstruct justice by handing over the prosecution documents to Trump and you seem worried about your involvement in January 6th.
Plus, this is not a one-off case, there is a pattern there.
Financial Misconducts:
-Trump University: Trump faced a lawsuit for a fraudulent real estate seminar. Settled in 2018, he agreed to pay $25 million to former students.
-Trump Foundation: Closed in 2018 by NY authorities for illegal activities, including using charity funds for personal benefit.
-Trump SoHo: NYC luxury hotel accused of tax break violations by employing foreign workers. Case pending.
-Deutsche Bank: Loaned Trump billions, fined for money laundering. Investigated for potential Trump-Russia ties.
-Trump indicted by Manhattan grand jury for $130k hush money to Stormy Daniels pre-2016 election. 34 counts, NY law bookkeeping fraud. Max sentence 136 years if convicted.
-Trump's exit: Takes $250m from followers for "defense" fund, uses it for personal bills. Doesn't help or pardon jailed followers.
-Trump investigated for "valuation fraud": overvaluing properties for loans, undervaluing for tax reduction. If guilty, faces criminal charges, financial penalties, potential public office ban.
- His son-in-law, who couldn't even get a security clearance, took $2,000,000,000 (that's 2000 millions) from a foreign government soon as he left office.
Sexual Misconducts:
-Bragged publicly about entering the Miss Universe pageant backstage while contestants were changing, without their consent or knowledge.
-At least 18 women have accused Donald Trump of varying inappropriate behavior, including allegations of sexual harassment or sexual assault.
-Trump answers under oath in E. Jean Carroll lawsuit; she alleges 1990s sexual assault, and he denies it. Sued for defamation, trial set for Feb 6. In deposition, used derogatory terms and threatened countersuit.
-Woman accusing Trump of raping her at 13 drops lawsuit. Listing Trump and Jefferey Epstein as defendants. Attorney Thomas Meagher files voluntary dismissal in NY district court. Her attorney, Lisa Boom, cited “numerous threats” against her client.
-Trump's vulgar comments about women; I just start kissing them. It’s like a magnet. Just kiss. I don’t even wait. And when you’re a star, they let you do it. You can do anything. Bush: Whatever you want. Trump: Grab ’em by the p***y. You can do anything.
January 6th and Leaving Office Misconducts:
-Tried and lost 60 court cases challenging the 2020 election results. Multiple recounts confirmed his loss in each state.
-Called GA Secretary of State asking for 11,780 votes on tape.
- Trump, aware of election loss, sent supporters to Capitol to stop certification, according to close sources. Told followers to "fight like hell," claimed love and support, but watched them on TV for 3 hours without intervening. He did not later bail or pardon any of them from prison.
- FBI searched Mar-a-Lago, suspecting Trump broke law by storing classified docs. Trump lied about having declassified them. Even tried to hide some. Over 15 boxes seized. Part of broader investigation into Trump's possible mishandling of classified info while in office. Concerns raised over political interference and possible violation of Presidential Records Act.
Russia Investigations:
-2014 His privileged son Eric Trump says they don't need US banks as they're funded by Russia; only the start.
- Junior cozied up to a Russian spy to dig up dirt on Clinton, while Daddy begged Russia to help him find her missing emails. It is no wonder Russia had their back, with a hefty misinformation campaign boosting their cause.
- And let us not forget the 199 criminal charges, 37 indictments, and 5 prison sentences that sprouted from the Russia investigation. Even his campaign manager was indicted, convicted, and then pardoned by him. And his NSA chief got caught promising to lift sanctions behind closed doors.
- But all of that pale in comparison to his fawning display at the Helsinki summit, where the whole world watched him pucker up and kiss Putin's behind while believing him over our own intelligence agencies.
- And a private meeting with Putin, sans transcripts and just a translator? Highly suspect.
- Oh yes, and how about that gleeful confession to the Russian ambassador that he canned the FBI Director to take the heat off the Russia investigation?
- And when Russia attacked our energy sector, he did nothing. Zero. Zilch.
Face it, folks - this is the very definition of corruption.
@ObservatoireUS@Acyn@ThisWeekABC He is truly scared he will not be nominated for the gop. In some ways this means we are watching the agony of defeat. I will be so glad when we clean this country up from the vile words that come out of Trumps mouth.
@ObservatoireUS@Acyn@ThisWeekABC The number of people who liked Trumps post is sickening. That should be a zero, what happened to the gop? I mean seriously are they that ignorant that they would go for terminating the constitution just to put him back in office. Do they NOT realize how dangerous this would be?
@RelandHe @burhanistan@cathyrusson@LawCrimeNetwork Most likely guilty? I’m guessing you didn’t see the footage of him gunning all those people down in cold blood. Please go watch the trail.
@jim_astoria@NikkiMcR He buried his ex there so he could claim the property as a cemetery. One doesn’t pay taxes on a cemetery. I’m not sure why his children allowed this especially Ivanka.
@Anthony91117209@manueloliver00@ChangeTheRef I would be furious if my child was gunned down like a piece of nothing..poor, gone. I would want to tear this gun world down and I hope he keeps it up!
@sifalio@AmoneyResists@UROCKlive1 I’m beginning to think Trump was going to lead “his people” who have weapons, into the Capital to take the votes while chatting about hanging Pence.
@CarolynDurand I can’t believe how mean some of these people are. Shame on you all. These attacks remind me of political fighting. Sickening..now I see why Harry and Megan moved to the USA. We tend not to judge babies.
