@wndzr @Chana_Shaw @flybe @IOMAirport Joshua, Chana didn’t (do it yesterday!) as you stated . Flybe accepted it yesterday as conforming cabin bag. It would assume to anyone the bag conforms! The next day the same bag did not conform & fined . This is blatant unfairness as I see it and a lot of other passengers seeit

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

KEEP WARNING anyone you know flying with Flybe to use a bag SMALLER than 550x350x200. This size bag DOES NOT always fit different sizers in different airports. You could be threatened you can’t fly unless you pay extortionate fine. You have to pay as they mean it! KEEP WARNING!!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

Beware!! CABIN SIZED BAGS are NOT Flybe cabin size bags .! Flybe max dimensions 55x35x20 DO NOT ALWAYS FIT sizers . The same bag will fit in one airport and not in another!! Please WARN anyone using Flybe to use a bag SMALLER than stated to avoid possible fine& upset !!WARNING!!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

Keep WARNING! WARNING!anyone unlucky enough to be travelling with Flybe to take an UNDERSIZED BAG. Bags conforming to their max size 55x35x20 DO NOT always fit sizer regardless of them measuring the right size! Use a bag SMALLER than these dimensions to avoid heavy fine& upset!!!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

Flybe appear to be destroying their own business. If you know anyone who has the misfortune of having to use this airline PLEASE advise them to buy a bag SMALLER than the max dimensions that Flybe give ! This bag from Argos £14.99 DOES fit. Much cheaper than a fine! 42x34x16

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@flybe I was FINED for my bag measuring 55x35x20 but NOT fined using this undersized bag costing £14.99 from Argos .. GREAT investment! would recommend to anyone having to use Flybe airline

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

How wonderful if plane full of passengers turned up with this lovely little undersized bag £14.99 from Argos. (It fits!!) I could understand the FRUSTRATIONS of Flybe bag representatives having ZERO £££,s from their previously loyal customers!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

WARNING ! WARNING! Flybe say max bag size 550x350x200. NOT all bags this size will fit into the sizer ! You need a bag slightly smaller or you WILL get fined & threatened you can not fly unless you pay the fine. Some bags smaller don’t always fit . You can get fined regardless!!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@Saywhatgert @Winstanchill @flybe @phiscoe @Saywhatgert you reply with sarcasm to so many people if bag is a cm too big yet you always ignore replying to the people whose bags including mine did not fit when being on size or even under size & threatened pay up or you can’t fly! . Why aggravate people even more! Shocking

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@richardmacnee @flybe Book each leg of journey separately. One with and one without a bag .. it’s easy .

Shame Flybe weren’t honest enough to tell you this !!!

[Donna Stephen @stephen_donna]

@flybe it is physically impossible to fit a 55x20x35 bag into a 55x20x35 sizer. 2 objects the same dimension can’t fit inside each other without enough force to overcome friction or distort one object. A 55x20x35 hard shell case will never fit despite being within stated policy

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

BE WARNED!! Flybe bag sizers CONFORM to trading standards measurements 55x35x20 Belfast news. My hard shell bag measured this size but DID NOT slide with ease, Forced to PAYUP £40 or don’t fly! YOUR BAG NEEDS TO BE SMALLER THAN THIS SIZE to guarantee it will fit into the sizer!!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@Saywhatgert @WhatDontIGot @ralphbogard @flybe @Saywhatgert You never reply to me when I ask you why my bag didn’t fit, it is the correct size! It was measured with 2 different measuring tapes before travel. I was fined £40 & threatened , (pay up or don’t fly) even though bag conforming to size! Please explain?

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@movingturtle @flybe @BELFASTCITY_AIR Sorry, the machines were available on my flight January, the Flybe representatives WOULD NOT LET PASSENGERS USE THEM! Incase the passengers were lucky enough to escape the threats & fines ! We were all made to stand in a queue to have bags measured causing huge disruption &upset

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@movingturtle @flybe @BELFASTCITY_AIR There were 3 Machines available in Belfast. FLYBE repressive shouted!!- , CANT USE THEM TODAY! GET IN THE QUEUE TO HAVE BAG MEASURED. Customers being patronised & upset , threatened CANT FLY if you don’t PAY UP ! Elderly lady in tears! Plane late taking off. AWFUL experience!!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@Saywhatgert @pickledworld @flybe @GLA_Airport And when the bag is on size and you charge! , and when the bag is undersize and you charge! And when a bag is labelled acceptable & fits one way and same bag unacceptable & doesn’t fit another way & charged! please explain this?

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@Saywhatgert @eva_pana @flybe Yes measurements are available and lots of customers like my self do check and still get fined even when the bag is the right size but won’t slide in and out of gauge with ease! Then told pay £40 or you can’t fly! Same conforming bag same plane!

[Debra Rees @DebraRees4]

@TamsieThomson @flybe I fell victim to it on another occasion . Bad enough being fined for a bag measuring correct size but lady appeared taking pleasure provoking people and smirking at their reactions! Her behaviour was appalling & extremely upsetting. Shocking experience!
