@nuwandiss I think it’s because people think they won’t get caught, some ECR’S show who last accessed the record on screen but not all. You wouldn’t drive to another team base walk in and pick up a set of notes to read it’s the same principle
@ShaunLintern I worked with connect care, the quality of clinical recording was not always great, it’s no help to the A&E team to have a MH Crisis plan stating ….“ In a crisis go to A&E” we must get better at recording key clinical data that assists continuity of care
Always go to the funeral. Always go to the hospital. You don't need to know what to say.
In times of profound crisis, people don't remember your words, they only remember whether you showed up for them at their lowest moment.
"We only coped... because of the extraordinary efforts of our front-line teams."
Dr Kevin Fong, former NHS England national clinical advisor, speaks to @BBCSimonJack about the need to invest in front-line workers following the Covid Inquiry.
"Canadian supremo Lee added: 'The convictions are based on scientific nonsense. The explanations are clearly there to see. These babies died from natural causes or sub-optimal care.'"

@drphilhammond@LucyLetbyTrials So of the two expert witnesses one had ‘nominated himself’ and his report was considered to be worthless and the other was under investigation by the GMC. You could not make it up, in the meantime an innocent nurse is serving a prison sentence, unbelievable !
@BBCLondonNews It’s taken so long to realise that this sort of facility should be available to all experiencing mental health symptoms. It’s unacceptable that people in distress have to sit in A&E for hours on end
@DrRosena A recent 18 hours in A&E with a 90 year old relative, sat in a chair, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had in our NHS. I told her ‘story’ to 9 different clinicians. I absolutely dread the thought of having to use A&E ever again
@amateuradam This book was fantastic, sometimes the portrayal of someone with bipolar disorder will just miss the mark, I thought this was spot on. The book is an absolute page turner it’s sad hilarious and makes you say “Ooh didn’t see that coming’ 😉 loved it !
