As Christmas grows ever nearer, my thoughts are with all those who have lost love ones this year. Christmas is hard to get through. Don’t expect too much of yourselves, taking just one, careful step at a time. Be kind to yourself.

Good to associate the word ‘Good’ with grief. We will always remember our loved ones. Grief is a natural price we pay for our vulnerability in loss. My thoughts are with all those who have lost loved ones.

What a year 2020 has been! Turmoil for many. It is helpful to search for the positive in what can sometimes be incredibly dark situations. After a much-needed break, I am delighted to be returning my beloved counselling in January 2021.
