@HobgoblinHare It's flat-out ridiculous. Root to branch, it's entirely in disarray. I was braced for it being difficult but it's been a genuine nightmare. The UC staff have had the JSA systems taken off their desktops as well, so they can't even ascertain what your status is. Hnnnnng.

@HobgoblinHare Yep. Precisely. I'm getting notifications on UC that I can't receive it because I'm on JSA, even though I haven't signed in over a month now. So I'm on both systems & neither, all at once. It feels like I've been punished for getting a job. I've been nothing but stress since.

They don't. None of the Jobcentre staff know what anyone needs to do. I had to talk to 5 people on phone/in-house before it 'got sorted' last time. It didn't take. Now looking forward to wading through the next 5 people to get help. 100% will do a cry.
