65 days remain till the start of the 2026-27 Lightning season!
Three players have worn No. 65 in Lightning history, three great players:
• Vladislav Namestnikov
• Yanni Gourde
• Max Crozier
Here are a few photos of Gourdo from the ‘15-16 season when he wore No. 65 for two games. He recorded his first NHL point wearing that number!

Just sitting down to reflect on the past month
First, I can not thank you all enough for your friendship, your kindness and your support.
We all shared in a very special experience, something unique to this moment but that’s been building for a decade.
Second, I woke up thinking these two words, IMPERFECTLY PERFECT.
9 nights, it was beautiful. It was real, it was human. I looked at each of my bandmates and at as many of you as I could see and I felt that resonance. That connection that can’t be described or felt unless it was experienced in person– to be written about or viewed.
I know what happened.
If you were there, so do you. It was special.
I’ll sleep tonight knowing that a decade of our journey, the highs and the lows, led me to these 9 nights...
My reward is that I know I get to shine a light on so many people. All human in their existence, all just looking to find something in common, some connection…
I know what it is.
It’s light, it’s love. Imperfectly perfect…
And I have figured out that somehow I’m lucky enough to still work here.
I couldn’t be more grateful…
"I tried... these guys are pretty good up here." 😂
Tyler Johnson shared the hilarious story of his true "welcome to the NHL" moment, when Kris Letang made him look silly on the penalty kill. 😅
I love people who are passionate about things and do random acts of kindness.
Saw a fellow hat collector on Reddit, who is thinning their collection, with a cool Rays hat. Commented that I’d never seen the Tampa Postcard Mural on the side of a hat before.
He DMed me and asked for my address, so he could ship it to me. I was blown away.
He refused to let me cover shipping and even threw in a second Rays hat.
At the end of the day, they’re just hats, but it’s the sentiment that means the most.
(FYI: The bonus hat is the 2025 Batting Practice Low Profile 59FIFTY in a 7½, which I already have, so I’ll be gifting that to a fellow Rays fan soon. Stay tuned.)
