Since 26 March, I have been logging calls about surging power and missing phases. CP said no fault. I got my own electrician in who verified that the fault is on CP side. They came out on worked on the pole on Monday (13 days later).

Yesterday, there were sounds from the pole

@CityPowerJhb Thus is ridiculous! We have been without power for 92 hours now - 4 days! On 702 this morning, Mr Isaac Mangena promised power by midday. Now nearly 3pm and NOTHING!
