@samuelpepys did pull strings of pork from between his teeth at dinner. It was not a sight I like to see, but somehow I could not look away

@samuelpepys has a fine head of hair for an elderly man well into his thirties. He is older than my father, though he looks of fewer years.

The Master and the Mistress both kissed me very fondly for the Twelfth Night and told me how happy there were to have me with them.
