मंडी में बादल फटने से भारी नुकसान हुआ है। जेल रोड के साथ लगते नाले ने यहां कहर बरपाया। रात 3 बजे नाले का मलबा लोगों के घरों में घुस गया। इससे निचली मंजिल में सो रहे 10 से ज्यादा लोग घरों के भीतर मलबे में फंस गए।
