@ActusDei@PuranikIra Tata AIG gives 50k for a boy child and 75k for a girl child if im not wrong. Barely covers anything if you're going to a private hospital.
@bryan_johnson I have noticed with a few people I’ve known over the years that psychedelics have the potential to flip a switch in the brain. They can change your wants and desires. What once felt like one’s life purpose can overnight change to - why the hell am I even doing this?
@chiragbarjatya Identify entry points and block relentlessly.
Drains, sinks and open dustbins are the biggest culprits.
Easy wins - Drain mesh, closed bins.
Then once entry is identified, the hit gel works wonders, but it takes time. A few days but only works if the source is identified.
@chiragbarjatya Having said that yes, your last line makes sense. If you’ve been cleared medically to engage in physical activity and fitness, then what you do next and how you navigate after is completely in your hands.
This is a much more nuanced subject and doesn’t have a fixed answer. Each pregnancy is different, and each woman is different. Her and her baby’s needs are all unique.
This depends on how complicated her case was: cervix length, gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, and a hundred other issues that can crop up. Doctors are just randomly telling some women to stop exercising during or after pregnancy.
Nutrition is one thing, but medical limitations are real and can only be defined by the doctor handling the case.

People on my timeline are talking about having 8 to 10 cr like it’s pocket change. The times we live in.
I thought only travelling to places like Gurgaon and Mumbai could make me feel poor, but X can do it better. I stand corrected 😂
