Average time to finality for blocks on Battle Of Nodes with SuperNova is under 200ms. All running in super cheap hardware and processing millions of transactions.
🤯 MultiversX is the first blockchain to integrate Google’s Universal Commerce Protocol, letting AI agents check balances and execute on-chain transactions automatically.
After more than 4 years, Coin Bureau is finally talking about $EGLD and MultiversX again, and it's HUGE! 🚀 He's spotlighting their groundbreaking integration with Google's Universal Commerce Protocol, enabling AI agents to handle crypto wallets, check balances, and execute on-chain transactions autonomously.
This is the future of AI + blockchain payments unfolding right now! #MultiversX #EGLD #AIAgents
We built gasless transactions into MultiversX at the protocol level before anyone was talking about AI agents.
Today that bet pays off.
ACP (OpenAI + Stripe) + UCP (Google) + x402 (Coinbase) + MCP (Anthropic) - all four agent commerce standards, natively supported on one L1.
AI agents can now discover products, execute purchases, and settle payments on MultiversX without holding a wallet or paying gas. Protocol-level.
This is what happens when you build infrastructure right the first time.

AI agents on @AnthropicAI Claude, @GoogleDeepMind Gemini, or @OpenAI ChatGPT can now transact directly on @MultiversX, no human in the loop.

Rebuilding Elrond, The Great Transition
We are approaching what feels like one of the most trajectory-altering milestones in our brief history. Not just for the network, or for the ecosystem. But for every single person who has believed, built, or simply held on.
Over the past weeks, I've had the same conversation, in different forms, almost every day. Some brief. Some deeply illuminating. But all circling the same gravitational center: what is the thing that recaptures attention, ours and the world's, and puts us back at the frontier?
The first conversation has been with the team. Watching them build this new engine that has emerged, slowly, painstakingly, and then almost at once. There are two ways to look at it. One is technical, studying the system, the code, the architecture, appreciating the years of effort compressed into something objectively and fundamentally better. The second way is simpler, more immediate, almost visceral: execute a simple transaction on “the old MultiversX architecture”. Then execute the same simple transaction on Supernova. If you have the eyes to see it, that moment right there, is staggering.
Observing both, the meticulous building and then the results, that somehow still surprise me. You understand that something foundational has changed, and this time, you can really feel it. This week, we are closing in on the last known bugs, preparing for a final wave of specialized chaos testing before the public battles begin. A refreshing milestone.
To come back to the question, this new Supernova experience provides the first and strong answer. One that reshapes what users, builders, and investors weigh when they look at a project like ours. A new standard for speed. For scalability. For resilience. For what it actually feels like to use a blockchain. This is Supernova.
The second conversation took me through the same point, but from the opposite angle. We revisited the same question with a long-time investor, someone who has been part of Elrond, then MultiversX, through all the seasons. Once I showed him Supernova in practice, something shifted. He saw it differently. So much so that he found this great moment to take the opportunity and add a significant new position to his EGLD stake.
The Elves are, slowly, coming back.
People who have been here for years, the good years and the difficult years, are returning to look with fresh eyes at everything that has been built. While markets have been brutal across the board, taking a close look at this sometimes excruciating progress is humbling.
It opens a different perspective on what now becomes possible.
A good moment to pause. Take a closer look. Test the new experience. Let it become what it was always meant to be: a rebirth.
Supernova.
Not sure how many caught the alpha @ATabarrok pulled from Beni
Shielded transactions have been in the works for awhile
And could arrive shortly after Supernova
With privacy shaping up to be a major 2026 narrative, this could be a turning point for adoption
Good points.
Will we get the transparency mentioned though? I think it is 100% needed and should be baked into the proposal.
If asking to mint milllios of tokens to raises multiple 9 figures, we need specifics on how that will be spent. Not just “to fund US growth” as that doesn’t cut it.
This should be treated as a business presenting a plan to a bank to get capital:
Monthly expense projections
Primary areas of focus
Cost for specific integrations
Estimated budget for US office and team
Growth projections
5-10 year plan
Revenue projected from staking and SCs
Without specifics and a detailed plan it is pointless to even discuss it in my opinion.
100k TPS means nothing if 99,999 of them are no‑ops
We’ve seen networks brag about throughput while spamming dummy transactions.
It’s like bragging about a stadium full of cardboard cutouts
Throughput is meaningless when it isn’t tied to real usage and value
The last few weeks have been intense. Productive, focused, and full of motion.
I’m in the US 🇺🇸, deep in back to back conversations, barely coming up for air. Head down, until it feels like my brain might explode.
But it’s exactly these kinds of days, weeks, and months that stack. That compound. That actually move the needle.
The US is a different game entirely. It doesn’t matter what you’ve done before, here, you start from scratch. But if you’re great, nothing can stop you.
Right now, the only thing I care about is distribution.
Because distribution is the only game that wins.
Ps. If things work well, August will be the month when we can begin sharing a first good milestone on the US strategy.
Just the first 1%.
Heads down. Onward.
Started listening to cryptography professors on various topics.
Blockchain is basic knowledge here.
A lot of math, hard math, full of hash functions, MPCs, different curves.
Later will speak about how cryptography is used in a highly scalable environment.
