TODAY: The Delaware House of Representatives passed a bill to regulate and tax cannabis sales for adults 21 and older! This comes just days after the House passed HB 1, which would legalize possession of up to one ounce of cannabis for adults.

TODAY: Gov. Pritzker signed the Cannabis Regulation and Taxation Act into law officially making Illinois the 11th state to legalize cannabis and the first state to legalize retail sales legislatively!
