The reason I chose the Premium subscription was that I was previously able to add up to 1,000 stocks to my lists. I purchased this package based on that feature.

However, I am now receiving a warning stating that I can only list a maximum of 500 stocks with this package. This means that a right I had at the time of purchase has been restricted afterward.

Of course, you are free to make changes to your subscription packages, but I believe that users should at least be allowed to retain the benefits they purchased for the duration of their current subscription period. Reducing usage limits while a subscription is still active is not a fair practice from a customer’s perspective.

I already know that it is quite difficult to reach you, and honestly, I am not even sure whether I will receive a response to this message. Nevertheless, I would like to ask you to reconsider this change.

Otherwise, I believe many users will start looking for alternative platforms, myself included. Under these circumstances, I may choose not to renew my subscription next time and instead evaluate other applications.

I hope you will show understanding and make an adjustment that allows existing subscribers to continue using the benefits they purchased for the remainder of their subscription period.
