A great afternoon at the mixed doubles tournament today, we were really lucky with the weather which was rewarded with a great final between Hilary & Roderick and winners Shiho and Halford. Congratulations to everyone who took part. Special thanks to James for organising.

The Henry Green Tournament was held yesterday, it was fantastic to see so many people attend. Congratulations to the finalists Shane and Angela and winners Gemma and Adrian. Many thanks to David Green for presenting the trophy again.

Just a quick reminder that we have our first club session this Sunday afternoon at 3.00pm - hooray! It's going to be chilly but it will be great to have a hit with some familiar faces...and hopefully welcome some new ones!

Our first organised club session will be at 3pm on Sunday 11th April. This will also be the date of our annual Spring Spruce Up (from 2pm) when we'll be looking for as many hands as possible to make light work of getting the courts/surrounds ready for the new season.

Following the Prime Minister’s announcement of new national lockdown restrictions to be introduced across England, the LTA have confirmed that regrettably our courts will need to close. Fingers crossed we can return soon. Take care and stay safe.

Congratulations to our singles tournament finalists James, Steve, Anna and Shiho, some very hard fought games in difficult conditions. The winners for 2020 were Anna in the ladies competition and James in the Men’s. Congratulations to everyone who took part.
