Yesterday, Habba hurried out of the courthouse and whined that Judge Arthur Engoron at one point slammed his hands on his desk, reprimanded her, and ordered her to sit down. Habba felt that Engoron was being too mean too her.

During a segment on The View today, Whoopi Goldberg let her have it.

"With the presidential election just about a year away, one party's frontrunner was in a familiar place yesterday, a courtroom," she said. "You-know-who testified in his New York civil fraud trial, and not surprisingly, he was a little, you know, defiant and confrontational, as was his attorney."

Goldberg than acted like a baby, rubbing her eyes in exaggerated fashion. After the commercial break, she and the other hosts circled back to the issue—

"I have some observations," said former federal prosecutor Sunny Hostin. "There's a certain decorum that must be in place and intact in a courtroom. The judge is the arbiter of that decorum, as is the lawyer."

"That lawyer could not control her client," she went on. "He lacked complete impulse control. It scared me that he had any — the proximity that he had to nuclear codes for our country. He also implicated himself in the litigation and admitted legal things that would go against him."

The hosts absolutely nailed it. Trump is conducting himself like a privileged child and his crooked lawyers are enabling him.

We can't wait to see him lose this case bigly.

It’s about time that Tommy Tuberville faced criticism from his OWN party for holding up military promotions. He’s hoping that voters blame the Democrats for not being able to get around his holds, but the fact is, nine Republicans would need to vote with all the Democrats and the Independents to get a waiver to the Senate rules in this case. But the GOP doesn’t want to go along with it because they actually like having the power to sabotage the government, whether it’s the military by Tuberville or the State Department by Rand Paul.
