#A387664 8️⃣ yo Weimaraner mix, LEO was abandoned to the streets by his owners. Was even microchipped.

His owners, when contacted, made it very CLEAR that they wanted nothing to do with LEO. 💔���💔😭💔😭

You can see in his eyes that he'd NEVER desert them!!

Calm, well-behaved, HIGHLY intelligent, & PRECIOUS!

Has a small growth in 1️⃣ ear & some minor mobility issues due to stiffness in his hips.

Please SAVE him. He has NO 1️⃣.

Let’s be real.
Dogs that look like Gary in a very high kill shelter like Columbus SC usually aren’t picked.
Even with the best behavior notes.
They aren’t picked for adoption.
They aren’t picked for rescue,
They die.
We almost couldn’t pick Gary.
We happened to see a post & his eyes stuck with mom.
We waited as he moved up the euth list.
He got to next up & mom said nope!
We see you Gary.
You matter buddy!!!
Gary has a leg injury the shelter says they were unaware of.

Beautiful 2 yo Australian shepherd, 38 lbs.
He is set to be 💉on Monday 7/13 at 6:30 a.m. at Stanislaus Animal Services Agency in Modesto, CA. 😳

He was originally a foster return because he was too much for a senior citizen in the adoptive home. He has now been returned by second adopter basically because they “didn’t have time for him.” They said he is good with all people, children and dogs, but is not good with cats.
