Training is more for me than a sport.
It’s an anchor.
There was a time I had the wrong friends.
Living for thrill and adrenaline.
Going nowhere fast.
One day everything went sideways.
I was standing eye to eye with the police after doing something very stupid.
In that moment I realised:
this isn’t the life I want.
I turned it around.
Started training.
Cut the bad friends.
Began eating right.
For the first time — I focused on me.
I grew from a skinny kid without confidence to someone stronger.
Not only physical.
Mental too.
But life pulls you back.
Old habits. Old temptations.
That’s why the anchor matters.
Training keeps me grounded when everything else tries to pull me under.
That became my mission.
Not only to build myself but to help people do the same.
The discipline, the mindset, the hard lessons.
All parts of the journey.
If you’re ready to build.
You’re in the right place.
Work hard on yourself.
The people around you need it.
If your circle doesn't motivate you, motivate your circle.
You don’t need to preach change.
Just live it.
Stress is a silent killer.
You don’t always feel it while it’s happening.
Since the weight lifted: I sleep better, recover faster, feel more like myself.
Only when it’s gone do you realize how much it took from you.
The struggle you’re in right now is preparing you for something.
Life doesn’t do fair. It does lessons.
The lessons it teaches are the same for everyone.
Stop in the struggle long enough to recognize it.
What is your life telling you right now ?
I was lecturing others to get out of their comfort zone while mine was slowly eating me alive.
The boundaries I once crossed became my new normal.
No more pushing. That’s where it started going downhill.
When we level up, our comfort zone grows.
Every hard task slowly becomes normal.
Know why you pushed yourself in the first place.
