Tesla’s official response? The cracking is a “normal characteristic” and an “intentional design” meant to resemble real leather. Warranty denied by Houston Service Center.

Every day talking to Dell Support ✈️ is like a new day and everybody is confused and has no idea. We start over every day with pull the power plug. They don't understand it's dead. @MichaelDell @Alienware
