My son’s South African passport (supporting doc for his UK passport renewal) was handed to Royal Mail by HMPO on 23 June.
We fly 2 July from SA to UK, and he needs it to legally leave the country. Please hand it over to DHL🙏🏼 I’m broken

@RoyalMailHelp My son’s SA passport (supporting doc for his UK passport) was handed to you by HMPO on 23 June. Can’t exit SA without it. We fly 2 July from SA to UK. He has severe autism, can’t leave him behind. Please release it to DHL. Cried rivers. #RoyalMail #PassportHelp
