Do you remember the story of Stephen Otieno Oloo whose spinal code was broke into 2 by thieves at Muthaiga, later dumped at KNH after the family couldn't afford the bill at WSH, at KNH, nurses were on strike. He stayed at the waiting areas for 2 days, he spinal code was actually begining to rot... We worked day and night and found Jumuia Hospital Huruma... They took him in, accepted SHA, and performed a surgery on him 2 days ago. He stayed in a coma for over 40 hours... When he regained his consciousness, the hospital said SHA is now depleted and the guy, who just came out of coma, should leave the hospital. We have pleaded with them but they have discharged and wheeled him out of the ward. The guy is still unconscious and needs that medical care... Is it wrong to be poor in this surely? 😫. I am just tired. This is sad.

A young woman with an oxygen mask appeared on NTV, begging, pleading, and crying to the Government, Ministry of Health to end the nurses strike because she and others were dying. No medication for 40 days. Yesterday, she died. Nobody in government was moved. As of yesterday, 136 mothers and kids had died, many in waiting areas (and these are just numbers that are known). The President is busy on rooftops of cars, Aden Duale is busy campaigns in North Easter to prove he is the king, and nobody gives a damn anymore... Khabusie!
