This age hit me harder than I expected. One moment I'm thinking about my career and whether I'm doing enough, and the next I'm hearing conversations about marriage, timelines, and settling down. I really don’t understand why some parents give phones to their children just to keep them busy watching brain-rotting content all day. Maybe they don’t realize it, but that stuff is slowly damaging a child’s attention span, memory, and overall learning ability

Yesterday, I was casually talking to one of my relative’s kids, and I noticed something disturbing. He couldn’t focus on a single conversation for even a few seconds. While talking, his eyes kept moving everywhere, constantly looking around like his brain was searching for the next dopamine hit. But the moment I handed him a phone, he became completely locked in and focused only on the screen

What shocked me even more was the kind of language and meme culture he had already picked up at such a young age. Random slang and meme lines like “Systemmmmm” and “System faad denge” were coming out naturally in conversation, even though he barely had the patience to sit still and talk normally

This isn’t just “kids being kids” anymore. Short-form overstimulating content is literally rewiring how children think, focus, learn, and communicate. And the scary part is that many parents think giving a phone is harmless because the child stays quiet and doesn’t disturb anyone.
A quiet child with a screen is not always a healthy child.

A 6-month-old baby suddenly started struggling to breathe inside a moving train.
At first, the parents thought it might get normal in a few seconds… but the baby’s condition kept getting worse.
The mother was crying helplessly.
The father didn’t know who to ask for help.
Passengers around them became nervous, and panic slowly spread through the entire coach.
In situations like this, people often waste precious time waiting for someone else to react.
But this time, one person acted immediately.
Onboard TTE Dharmveer Yadav quickly understood that every second mattered. Without creating panic, he immediately contacted Danapur Control from the moving train itself and informed them about the medical emergency.
The message was clear — keep a medical team ready at the next station before the train arrives.
What happened next surprised everyone.
As soon as the train reached the platform, doctors and medical staff were already waiting there. No delay. No confusion. Immediate action.
The baby was rushed for treatment within moments, and thankfully the situation was brought under control in time. ❤️
Most people think railway staff only check tickets.
