It’s a systematic issue and requires structural changes that pushes us to look beyond Western theories. Regardless of whether it’s performative or not I don’t care
@JeremyGinges@Nature Research in the last almost two decades shows that calls for “voluntary” increase of diversity and inclusion in psych science has not been successful. If you think only Western homogenic literature can compliment and strengthen your work then maybe that is the problem 🤷🏽♀️
