I took a nature walk and I now understand what people mean when they talk about forest baths. The experience was surreal, it was also interesting to imagine how this space existed in the past. It gave me much needed inspiration for the historical romance novel I’m writing 😁

Medical doctor, feminist and novelist, Nawal El Sadaawi has passed away. Her book Women and Sex published 49 years ago which questioned sexist practices in Egyptian society ended with her being fired from the department of health in Egypt. She's written more than 50 books.
