Ordered a jacket from @Flipkart, Did not like the product. Requested a return, but got an email saying the return was rejected for “quality check failure”. Next thing I know, my Flipkart account is blocked. Is this how customer issues are handled? @flipkartsupport

@flipkartsupport I’ve been telling Flipkart repeatedly that the X private message tab isn’t working. Asked them to reach out through any other means, but there’s been no response or solution. Still stuck with the wrong product and a blocked account.
