@firstcryindia I have requested a return request on 12th Oct. Till date there is no update and today it’s 20th Oct! Raised concern and that also is just in open state with no comments or resolution from FirstCry! Very pathetic service , you guys need to do better!

@nonmetalu @firstcryindia Agree with this! Have requested a return , it’s been a week still no pick up from first cry ! There is no update on the open ticket and doesn’t let you create a new one if one ticket exists already ! Pathetic customer service. In the past they had lost my packages as well !
