✨ “How is it possible for these kids to move objects with their minds?”
After completing Intuition Process Level 2, some children demonstrate extraordinary abilities that leave everyone wondering: How are they doing this? 🧠✨
Gurudev explains that such things can be possible through the power of consciousness.
These abilities can be developed through a specific technique and require practice. Then the mind becomes highly focused — almost like a laser beam — and as children are more free from stress this power is more easy to manifest in them.
Guru’s Call Before the Quake -
In early 2015, life took me from Darbhanga to Bodhgaya Ashram for seva. The transition was filled with new challenges, especially adjusting to the intense heat of Gaya ji. Amidst this settling-in, one day we had an appointment with our construction team near the Nepal border.
After completing our work, a thought arose: why not travel a little further to have darshan of Pashupatinath ji? The temple was about 150 km away, and the idea felt like a blessing in itself. So, we set out on the journey.
Nepal greeted us with its serene landscapes, gentle atmosphere, and delightful weather. Upon reaching the sacred temple, however, we found it closed due to the odd timing. Rather than feeling disappointed, the three of us chose to meditate, immersing ourselves in the divine energy of Pashupatinath ji.
As the meditation concluded, something remarkable happened. All three of us, almost simultaneously, felt an inner command — a subtle yet powerful call — urging us to leave immediately. It was not fear, but a deep, unmistakable intuition, the Guru’s energy guiding us. Trusting that inner voice, we left without delay, heading back towards the Nepal border and onward to Bihar.
The journey was long and tiring, and by the time we reached Bodhgaya Ashram, it was nearly lunchtime. Just as we arrived, the earth beneath us trembled — an earthquake shook the land and even the building swayed. Though the tremors subsided, the news that followed was devastating.
Television channels soon revealed the destruction: the temple area we had visited was badly affected, and the hotel we had considered staying in was completely destroyed. This was the April 25, 2015 Nepal earthquake (7.8 magnitude).
In that moment, the truth was undeniable — Guru’s grace had protected us. His unseen hand had guided us away from danger, preserving our lives.
That day became etched in my heart as a living testimony of divine protection. Today, I feel moved to share this story, not just as a memory, but as a reminder of the boundless grace of Pujya @Gurudev ji. Grateful beyond words 🙏😇
Arvind Kejriwal learned Sudarshan Kriya last week.
Manish Sisodia did the program while in Tihar jail.
Narendra Modi did the program with his whole team when he was Gujarat CM.
Nitin Gadkari did it few years back and since then very active in practice

Ten years. One river. And a verdict that finally arrived.
In 2010, Delhi was preparing for the Commonwealth Games, and the Yamuna was choking. The Art of Living was asked to help clean it. So they launched Meri Dilli, Meri Yamuna.
15,000–20,000 volunteers waded into a river nobody else wanted to touch. By the end, they had pulled out a reported 700 tonnes of waste.
Six years later, in 2016, that same riverbank was chosen again — deliberately. The thinking was simple: hold something magnificent there, and the world's attention would follow. With attention would come the resources, the agencies, the political will to finally heal the Yamuna.
Every permission was sought. Only after clearances came through was the World Culture Festival announced.
And what a festival it was. A floating stage, built with no foundation, so the floodplain beneath it would remain untouched. Over 36,000 artists. More than 170 heads of state and dignitaries. Around 2,500 spiritual and religious leaders from across the world. Roughly 3.5 million people across three days in March — all gathered under a single idea: One World Family.
Then came the allegations. ⚡
The help that was supposed to arrive never did. Instead, vested interests arrived. A committee report claimed the floodplain had been damaged. The story wrote itself in headlines. Now the Supreme Court has spoken — and it has set aside the NGT order entirely.
The Court found there was no material establishing that the festival caused the damage alleged. It noted there was ample evidence the site was already in a dilapidated condition before it was ever handed over. It held that the committee's findings were sweeping and subjective, reached without properly examining what the ground actually looked like beforehand.
Ten years of a media trial.
Here is what stays with me. So much good could have come from that moment — a cleaner river, a national example, real momentum. Instead the energy went into defending against accusations that could not survive scrutiny.
And yet the volunteers never stopped. They cleaned in 2010 without being asked twice. They built in 2016 without cutting corners. They carried the criticism for a decade without bitterness. ❤️
Unconditionally. Every single time.
⚡That is the part no tribunal was ever going to measure.

Special video Message by @Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji
Art of Living pioneered the 'Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan' more than a decade ago. Since then, over 1 crore 80 lakh youth across the country - from Kashmir to Kanyakumari - have taken the pledge against substance abuse through programs conducted in numerous colleges and educational institutions. The movement has also played a significant role in the rehabilitation of lakhs of young people.
I am glad that the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi ji has now taken up this mission nationwide on a larger scale.
Relationships begin the moment you are born. If there is one presence that nurtures every relationship and transcends them all, it is the Guru. The moment you recognize that you have a Guru, you can never feel orphaned or lonely. Happy Guru Purnima.

Yoga doesn't ask you to believe in anything. It asks you to practice. The practice does the rest. It is the most empirical mysticism on Earth #ArtofLivingYoga#IDY2026#YogaDay26
