@IndiGo6E flight 6E 7331 Del to Ixc, first officer arrived at 7:41 AM while the departure time was 7:40 AM. Passengers are left in boiling heat as AC is also shut. Highly unprofessional and unacceptable service from indigo. No announcement on delay reasons nor any ownership!

If a passenger arrives post 25 mins from departure time they are not allowed to board, what’s the implication on such pilots who arrive post departure time and unnecessary delay the schedule of over 100 boarded passengers.
