@OfficialADCB Every time I dial call centre, agent asks me verification as it doesn’t take me thru verified line even tho I have setup my TPIN. Agents have raised request to your IT but hasn’t been sorted out after for so long. Pl look into it as it makes me wait so long. Thanks.

@EmiratesNBD_AE I hv visa infinite card & if I miss spending 5k in a CALENDAR MONTH, srv fee is charged. I humbly reqst u apply the rule either for the period it’s billed or change my billing to calendar month. Manually it’s a harassment to manually compute expenses every month.

@OfficialADCB what a disaster with call center to set up TPIN which doesn’t recognize you by customer ID, debit or whatever. Agent asks security Qs and puts me thru loops again to be disconnected after about 20 mins. Is there a simpler process?
