We are glad to mark the culmination of our impactful Perspective Plan Workshop in Udaipur!

Themed "Charting the Next Decade – Priorities, Possibilities, and Partnerships," this event brought together esteemed representatives from leading NGOs and government departments to chart a course for collaborative development.

Key Highlights:

🌾 Aspirations of Rural Communities: Exploring the role of CSOs in achieving Viksit Bharat goals.
🌾 Cultivating Resilience: Addressing livelihoods, agriculture, enterprise, and the green economy amidst climate change.

The workshop facilitated enriching discussions, sharing of best practices, and innovative approaches. The outcomes will guide our collective journey toward sustainable and inclusive development.

As the sun rose over a new day, our team members gathered with excitement and anticipation.....

The two-day orientation program, held on 17th-18th June, to welcome new team members from across locations and projects, was a celebration of teamwork and collaboration. The sessions aimed to familiarize them with Manjari’s vision, mission, and grassroots initiatives.

Day 1 included team introductions, documentary screenings on Manjari’s work across five states, and presentations on projects, HR policies, and finance by Mr. Shiv Om, Mrs. Tripta Singh, Mr. Amaresh Tyagi, and Mr. Deepak Singhal.

Day 2 featured a field visit to Basai Nawab Federation, Pipret, and Bijouli Dairy Unit, offering real-time exposure to our micro-enterprise models and women-led initiatives. The visit was coordinated by Mr. Satyender Senger.

Post-visit, an engaging discussion was held where participants shared reflections and learnings from the field exposure. The programme concluded with an inspiring address by @aesanjay (Executive Director), who emphasized on Manjari’s commitment to being a "voice of change" and nurturing a positive, purpose-driven work culture. The session ended with an interactive Q&A and a group photograph marking the successful conclusion of the orientation.

A two-day induction program was conducted in Dholpur for 24 newly joined employees, providing them with a comprehensive orientation on the organization's key policies, including HR, Finance, POSH, Micro Enterprises, office decorum, and the code of conduct.

As part of the program, a field visit was organized to offer firsthand experience of grassroots-level changes. Participants engaged with community members and the school management committee to understand various development initiatives, observe best practices, and witness social inclusion in action.

The program proved to be an insightful experience, equipping the employees with essential knowledge and information to become torchbearers of change.

A one-day training program was organized for 100 scheduled tribe goat farmers in Sarmathura in association with CIRG.

Dr. Anupam Krishna Dikshit, (Senior Scientist, SARG) trained the farmers on scientific methods of goat rearing. The farmers were also provided with solar lights, milk cans, bags, medicine kits, mineral mixers, and Himalaya Batteesa.

मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ के महिला संगठनों को बढ़ाव��� देने के विशेष निर्देश के चलते ललितपुर के मुख्य जिला अधिकारी कार्यालय से महिलाओं को महाकुंभ के लिए रवाना किया। मेले में महिलाओं द्वारा संचालित लहर धाम फार्मर पोड्यूसर कंपनी ललितपुर, अपनी सहेली प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी, धौलपुर और सहेली संगम समिति, मौरेना के प्रोडक्ट प्रदर्शित किए जाएँगे, जिसमें महिलाओं द्वारा हैंडमेड कपड़े, अचार, घी, देशी दालें और बांस का सामान आदि शामिल है।
