@GodrejProp I booked a flat in Godrej Park Greens Mamurdi Pune in 2020 & paid 95% of the flat cost in 2023, till date I have not received possession. Due to the delay innocent buyers are suffering, at least have a courtesy to pay compensation for your delay.

Booked flat in 2020 and still not yet received possession, deadline was March 2023. Godrej Properties have cheated investors, took 95% payment in 2023 by sending an email that they have applied for OC and till date OC not received. Don't know how RERA is giving them extension.
