Swati Maliwaal's incident reminds me of Nirbhaya incident of gruesome crime,in fact this pain was much beyond as the lady who was attacked was not an ordinary woman but a Rajya Sabha MP .Here a protector has herself been a victim that too in the presence of "so called CM" as he has defamed the dignity of the post....still if he doesn't resign then I think his morals are dead....

लगता है यह भूल गए कि जिस सम्मन को @ArvindKejriwal अवैध कहते थे ,उसी सम्मन की वैधता के लिए उन्होंने जमानत ली है। कोर्ट भी मान चुकी है कि ED के समन कानूनी रूप से सही थे, संविधान भी कहता है कि समन मिलने पर पेश होना अनिवार्य होता है। अब केजरीवाल और उनकी ब्लेम गेम खेलने वाली @AamAadmiParty की पूरी पल्टन ये बताए कि क्या वे खुद को कानून और संविधान से ऊपर मानते हैं। खुद को पढ़ा लिखा सीएम बताने वाले केजरीवाल को क्या कानून की रत्ती भर भी समझ नहीं है ? केजरीवाल अगर ईमानदार हैं तो क्यों बार बार फ़ालतू बहाने बनाकर समन से बचने का प्रयास करते हैं ? भ्र��्टाचार के मामलों में लिप्त AAP और केजरीवाल जांच एजेंसियों को गुंडा कैसे बुलाती है? AAP कहते हैं आपको नहीं पता शराब घोटाला क्या है तो कैसे आपके भ्रष्ट कमिशनखोर मंत्री जेल में आजतक हैं? आपको जलबोर्ड घोटाला क्या है नहीं पता, तो कैसे आपके इंजीनियर और अधिकारियों को गिरफ्तार किया गया। आम आदमी पार्टी भ्रष्टाचार के दलदल में डूबी हुई है और ऐसा कोई विभाग अब बचा ही नहीं जहाँ केजरीवाल ने भ्रष्टाचार के बीज �� बोए हों। ये बात याद रखे AAP, केजरीवाल कानून से भाग तो सकते हैं पर बच नहीं सकते। समन का सामना तो करना ही पड़ेगा।
