"we want to build an academy for young people to give them a chance to get into motorsport. motorsport is a great but difficult (challenging) world. it is not easy to find opportunities there. we want to help young drivers get a chance. it doesn't necessarily have to be in Formula 1; there are also plenty of opportunities in professional GT racing."

In an interview with Auto Motor und Sport, Andrea Kimi Antonelli reaffirmed his desire to participate in GT3 races. And he confirmed the influence of his friend, Verstappen: "GT racing is currently experiencing strong growth. Max is helping to raise its profile and showcase its appeal."

Antonelli has had the opportunity to test his father Marco's GT3 team car on several occasions in the past.

The champion elect says, "If we find the time, absolutely. There will definitely be an opportunity at the beginning or middle of next season. It would be great to fulfill my father's dream."

"We share almost everything (Kimi and his father), especially when it comes to motorsport. We also have joint projects for the future. My father dreams that we'll one day race together. I raced for his team three years ago, but we've never actually competed together as teammates. We'd like to do that in a GT3 car."

ก็พิมพ์เองว่ามัน‘สุ่มตรวจ’ เรื่องง่ายๆทำไมต้องเข้าใจยาก และอีกอย่างนะ มันมีการตรวจรถหลังจบเรซอีกที ซึ่งคนที่ได้โพเดียมต้องโดนตรวจรถทุกคน ถ้ารถคิมิผิดกติกาก็ต้องโดนดิสควอไปหลายเรซแล้ว เพราะมันเช็คละเอียดมาก และมันสำคัญกว่าที่สุ่มตรวจก่อนเริ่มเซคชั่นซ้อมอีก เพราะมีผลกับคะแนนโดยตรง
