As a military analyst i am Forecasting that end game is near in Ukraine. The Russians have built up a Million strong Army. They have made jet powered Shahid Drones ,very effective glide toss bombs and Hypersonic missiles. So far they were waiting For Trump to fulfill his promises of getting peace. Like before this interim has only been used to harm Russia by targeting her oil refineries. The Russian people are now sick and are demanding action to finish this conflict once and for all. Gen Survokin ( the feared Russian Commander) has been put back in charge.I anticipate a major russian offensive towards Odessa, Kiev and Kharkiev. That alone can end this war and leave ukraine a rump state that will not be able to pose a threat to Russia.

Today, 15 lawyers have been lined up in the Supreme Court to seek permission for the CJP protest scheduled for tomorrow, lawyers whose fee for a single hearing is around 1 crore rupees.😱

So, who funded 15 crore rupees for 1 hearing for the CJP?

😱😱

My salute to the Indian pilot Captain Smit Machchhar for his extraordinary bravery.

Despite being stabbed and seriously injured, he fought back, resisted, opened the cockpit door, and enabled passengers and crew to overpower the attacker — preventing a catastrophic mid-air disaster.

He saved the lives of 174 people, including Israeli citizens and other nationals.

I wish Captain Machchhar a speedy and full recovery.

He is a true hero.

The Jamui horror is a tight slap on each single value enshrined in the constitution.

The incident is a warning of a deeper social crisis. When young girls are publicly humiliated and assaulted, we must ask what kind of toxicity and masculinity we are normalising. Bihar needs a persistent social movement - at least continuously for a decade.

The Bhojpuri entertainment ecosystem, where figures like Nirahua, Pawan Singh, Manoj Tiwari and Ravi Kishan have had enormous influence, must introspect on the persistent sexualisation and objectification of women. Political power brings cultural responsibility too. Bihar’s daughters dont deserve moral policing and misogyny.

@dpradhanbjp Thank you 🙏

[Shashi Tharoor @ShashiTharoor]

This is utterly appalling. Even in the days of the JP Movement leading up to the Emergency, there was no bar by the @UnivofDelhi on students joining any of his protests, and a couple of members of my Union Cabinet at St Stephen’s, including the late Chandan Mitra, openly did so.

If one of India’s foremost public universities is allowed to threaten its students and faculty with significant consequences if they attend a protest, it has a chilling effect on democratic speech and expression. Most DU students are not so privileged as to ignore such a sternly-worded warning without fearing that their academic or professional prospects might suffer if they attended the protest.

A university is meant to teach critical thinking and independent assessment of issues, not to stifle these very qualities. Shame on those at the @UnivofDelhi who saw fit to issue such a tweet. They are unworthy of holding any position at an institution of higher learning in a democracy.

[Shashi Tharoor @ShashiTharoor]

In my latest #TharoorThink column in the @IndianExpress, I discuss the government’s mishandling of the student protests this week and demand an urgent course correction. Our students should not be battered and bruised in the streets before their voices can be heard in Parliament.

Lindsey Graham consistently chose to question India’s position on Kashmir while overlooking the cross-border terrorism that fuels instability in the region. Selective outrage is not statesmanship. Was well known as a senator perpetrating hate across the world - from India to Iran and Russia.

If the conspiracy theory of him getting neutralised in Kyiv is true, then Karma must be laughing out loud!

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) Condemns Shameful Life Sentence for Dr. Mahrang Baloch and Sibghatullah Shah by Pakistani Authorities

The Hague, The Netherlands – June 23, 2026 – The International Human Rights Foundation (IHRF) expresses its strongest condemnation regarding the reprehensible life sentence handed down by a Pakistani Anti-Terrorism Court to prominent human rights defender Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her colleague, Sibghatullah Shah .

This verdict is a blatant miscarriage of justice and a devastating blow to the rule of law in Pakistan. Dr. Baloch, a leader of the Baloch Yakjehti Committee (BYC), has been a fearless and peaceful voice for the Baloch people, courageously campaigning against enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and state repression in Balochistan . Her only crime is her dedication to exposing grave human rights violations .

The IHRF is deeply alarmed by the egregious procedural irregularities and denial of due process that characterized this “secret trial” . A proceeding that denies the accused the right to effectively cross-examine witnesses or present a proper defense, held in a “faceless court” on jail premises, cannot be considered a legitimate judicial process . This is not justice; it is a politically motivated weaponization of the judicial system to silence dissent and intimidate human rights defenders .

We echo the calls of Amnesty International and other international bodies, who have condemned this verdict as an affront to the right to a fair trial . The state’s cynical misuse of anti-terrorism laws to prosecute peaceful activism represents a dangerous escalation in the crackdown on fundamental freedoms in Pakistan .

The IHRF urges the Government of Pakistan to immediately and unconditionally release Dr. Mahrang Baloch and Sibghatullah Shah, and to ensure their safety and well-being.

We call upon the international community, including the United Nations Human Rights Council, to:

1. Denounce this injustice and place Pakistan under close scrutiny for its escalating human rights violations.
2. Demand transparency in all legal proceedings against human rights defenders and a full investigation into the circumstances of this case.
3. Pressure Pakistani authorities to cease the persecution of peaceful activists and uphold their international obligations regarding due process and fundamental rights.

The IHRF stands in solidarity with Dr. Mahrang Baloch, Sibghatullah Shah, and all peaceful activists in Pakistan who risk their lives for justice and human dignity.

Congrats India 🇮🇳 - now the world’s second largest solar market.

→ 50 Gigawatt of new solar capacity added in 2025 alone
→ Total installed capacity now at 150 Gigawatt
→ China holds #1. The United States has slipped to #3.

US is still number 2 in total installed solar capacity, but India passed in actual deployment. This will be supercharged by the war in the Strait of Hormuz. The sun is Indian. The wind is Indian. The great rivers of india are Indian. Every drop of oil India replaces with renewables, make India richer and more energy independent.

The first 50 gigawatt took India 11 years. The next 50 gigawatt tok India 3 years. The last 50 gigawatt, the one that pushed India past the US, took 14 months.

A country that lectures the world on freedom and equality still struggles with racism at home. America needs reflection, not superiority.

This is what racism in America looks like. Innocent Indians targeted.

Will American Media report about this special American experience for a select group of people across the globe?

The results of the recent state elections have been dramatic by any measure.

But for me, this image will remain the most unforgettable outcome of the elections.

More than 166,000 votes were cast between the two leading candidates in this constituency in Tamil Nadu.

And history was changed by just one vote.

This image should be shown in every school in the country & perhaps around the world.

So that every child understands that when they grow up, the greatest power they may possess is the Power of One.

The power of their one vote.

His name is Amit Kshatriya.

His parents came from India to America with nothing.

He grew up in Houston watching rocket launches as a child. Studied mathematics at Caltech. Masters at the University of Texas. In 2003, he joined NASA as a contractor.

He worked his way up for two decades. Through every level. No shortcuts.

In September 2024, he was appointed Associate Administrator of NASA. The highest ranking civil servant in the entire agency. He oversees all ten of NASA’s centre directors. He is NASA’s Chief Operating Officer.

On April 11, 2026, the Artemis II mission completed its journey around the Moon. Four astronauts. Ten days in lunar orbit. The first humans near the Moon since Apollo 17 in 1972. They splashed down safely in the Pacific Ocean.

An Indian brain ran the operation.

His parents left India with nothing.

Their son sent humans back to the Moon.
