एक दिल कँपा देने वाला वीडियो सामने आया है —
एक बिहारी अधिकारी, जो नेशनल इन्फॉर्मेटिक्स सेंटर (NIC) में कार्यरत हैं, नागालैंड में बतौर District Information Officer नियुक्त हुए हैं।
लेकिन वहां स्थानीय दबाव समूहों ने — जो पूर्व उग्रवादी रह चुके हैं — उन्हें घेर लिया, परेशान किया… सिर्फ़ इसलिए कि उनके पास ILP (Inner Line Permit) नहीं था।

❗ ILP क्या है?
ILP यानी इनर लाइन परमिट — एक ऐसा दस्तावेज़ है जो भारत के ही नागरिकों को भारत के ही कुछ राज्यों में प्रवेश करने के लिए लेना पड़ता है।
यह परमिट गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार के अधीन आता है, लेकिन इसका प्रशासन संबंधित राज्य सरकारों द्वारा किया जाता है।

🔴 विडंबना देखिए:
वीडियो में एक स्थानीय व्यक्ति यहां तक कहता है कि —

“अगर नरेंद्र मोदी भी नागालैंड आएंगे, तो उन्हें भी ILP लेना होगा।”

🔴 ILP की कीमत?
500 रुपये प्रति दिन से लेकर 5000 रुपये तक —
और ये सब अपने ही देश में प्रवेश के लिए!

🇮🇳 क्यों भाई? क्या अब भारत के नागरिकों को भारत के भीतर चलने के लिए भी “वीज़ा” लेना होगा?

❗ ये सिर्फ़ एक अधिकारी की बेइज्जती नहीं है — ये भारतीय गणराज्य की आत्मा पर हमला है।
❗ आज एक अधिकारी को रोका गया, कल एक छात्र को रोका जाएगा, फिर एक फौजी को?

🙏 केंद्र सरकार को तुरंत हस्तक्षेप करना चाहिए। ILP की समीक्षा होनी चाहिए। भारत में भारतीयों का अपमान बर्दाश्त नहीं होगा।

A miraculous midnight surgical endeavour performed by the Transplant team of Command Hospital #Chandimandir, by harvesting Liver and Kidneys from a brain dead 15 year old daughter of #IndianArmy Soldier.

The harvested organs were flown by #IAF to R&R Hospital, Delhi and successfully implanted providing new lease of life to critical patients.

This Noble initiative of organ donation by the soldier in his hour of grief, bringing new hopes in others lives is highly commendable.
