@IndiGo6E As per Your Team passenger is not flying onward journey how come he will fly back from that place..kuch toh common sense use kijiye..one side return credited other yet not cancelled and now explaining me 48Hrs Policy !!!!

This is high time, @IndiGo6E. You keep passengers waiting endlessly just to speak to your team. Sending DMs does not resolve the issue unless someone actually picks up the call and takes responsibility. Please address this urgently.
