My father had to visit the board wait for sdo for several hours, during these crucial corona times and then it was resolved and next month same problem. Repeat.

Last month puvvnl generated wrong bill and corrected that on paper after lots of complaint. Now its happening every month, incorrect bill generation. Please do something.

I have been paying #uppcl electricity bill for 64units since last 13months and all of a sudden i have received a bill of 2900 units after paying for 64units for May 2020.

Also the approx units per month i.e.1940units/13months is 150units. This comes under 0 - 150units block, but m charged for above 500units block..why?
Please recheck the bill and do the needfull.

Now, i understand that uppcl has been charging me for approx 64 units for NO known REASON.
According to the bill and last reading i.e. 2958units i have to pay for difference 1940 i.e. 2958-1018(1018units already paid), but uppcl has charged for 2900units. Why?
