@GCovernton @MalHudson1 Interesting! Did you use glass fibre filters? I'd been struggling getting DI water through filter after during my initial trials hence the idea to add neutralisation step. If you ever try it, let me know if it filters differently to your method.

@juliedandthesea @AmieLusher @PlasticsLab I included rayon in recovery experiments. My justification: It is found amongst other polymers in remote environments so degradation may be an issue (even if at shorter timescales than other polymers). #microplastics
