4. Next, feel free to compare this to different spots. e.g. instead of btn vs bb, look at mp vs bb, or look at the effect of different stack sizes, running the same report.
#4 Pay attention between hands:
There’s a lot of idle time in live poker. You can use this to take notes on your opponents, paying attention to showdowns and possible live tells.
#3 Tourney breaks:
These are longer and less frequent. Use your breaks to rest, recharge, and rehydrate (not too much, or your bladder will hate you). Throw in some light exercise and stretching to stay sharp.
#4 Protection becomes less important. With much less in the pot relative to effective stacks, decisions are less pot-committing as it's much harder to get all the money in.
#3 Beware of domination. Reverse implied odds are a much bigger issue when playing deep-stacked. Off-suit hands go down in value as you get deeper (especially Ax).
