My mobile was looted on 1 July around 10.45 AM below Noida 62 metro station and same was reported to police. FIR not filed due to upgradation. On 3rd I applied for E-FIR, which is not approved. Mobile was traceable till 1 July 6.50 PM which was shared with official. Please help.

@ebookers I am trying to cancel my mom’s ticket (itinerary#71004894708103) since last week but couldn’t get in touch with any of the agents either on chat or call. Her flight is on 23rd march and she can’t travel amidst of COVID-19 situation. Please help asap
