Media will always ask the questions, even at times when it seems rediculous to you. Why? Let me have an opinion.
You dont understand how media works.
Media even if they know the answer because they researched the facts, even if they know you are lying to your teeth, evading the question or even shouting at the top of your lungs… will still ask the questions because they are after the answer of the resource person and then quote them.
Even if we think the person has a rediculous character to start with. That is respect of the profession. Kahit pa likas na bastos na tao ang tinatanong.
We dont bother to write our own opinion or have our own interpretation when it comes to news.
We ask the questions the public is asking.
We follow up on questions for it to be clearer or when aswers are evasive.
That is the basic function of media. To be the voice of the people.
No amount of degrading the function of media or flashing of your credentials, status or power can compel media to yield.
We are not paid vloggers or PR practitioners.
So when you say it is a stupid question, it is because you expect the answers to comply with your narrative when aswering truthfully is the only expectation real media will accept.
Someone has to be made accountable for Bato’s escape.
No less than the DILG Secretary and PNP Chief entered the senate building last night to secure the senators.
The public was assured last night Bato was in the “5th foor, in his room, resting”. Bato’s lawyer showed a video last night of Bato supposedly in the senate.
The senate building should’ve been secured last night - no one in, no one out.
We need answers. How did Bato escape? Who helped him?
Presidential spokesperson Claire Castro gives more clarity to what transpired in the Senate last night.
She says National Bureau of Investigation agents were at the GSIS building at the request of the president of the state insurer. The Senate is in the GSIS property, and their buildings are separated by a bridge. Castro said Senate security saw NBI agents around the Senate building and fired warning shots, so NBI agents fired warning shots in response.
Castro also says the Palace has received unconfirmed reports Senate Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa left the Senate early Thursday morning. They are awaiting official confirmation.
'TROLL FARMS CAN BE RAIDED'
Department of Information and Communications Technology of the Philippines (DICT-PH) Secretary Henry Aguda stated that Online Troll Farms can be raided anytime. He cites that these troll farms need to be monitored closely especially if they are involved in anything related to destablization and selling illegal financial instruments, among many others.

Initial validation by the Deep Web Konek (DWK) Team indicates that around 874,770 records contain no email values, while approximately 125,224 records include valid email addresses, bringing the total close to one million entries.
A data breach involving the DepEd training platform has led to the circulation of a dataset containing approximately 990k records. The breach was claimed by NullSec Philippines and later amplified by Deathnote Hackers, increasing its visibility online.

The dataset reportedly includes full names, user IDs, partial email addresses, and other account-related details, suggesting it may have originated from a structured training or learning management system.
