@BarclaysUK @Barclays please change your treatment of newly bereaved elderly widows. My mum is bedbound with stage 4 COPD, oxygen dependent, partially blind and was utterly surprised to find my Dad had a joint account with her. But could she access it? Not without several...🧵

🧵3 ...things like telling them her mobile number and address (how many 78 year olds know their own mobile number?) - I wasn't even allowed to read out a code from her phone! The whole ordeal left mum having a panic - which with COPD could have proven fatal. Disgusting #change 🧵
