If you check properly you will find many handles using hindu fake name, but in actual all are Abduls and tobair.

I think it's a time, where X should force people to use their original name which they have on their ids.

There should be a policy were no one can use fake name.

And location should be must as people are faking as Indian, but in reality they are sitting in Pakistan or Bangladesh.
