887,000 views in 16 hours is crazy.
And the crazy part is I didn’t even want to post this video because I had already posted 3 football videos yesterday.
The Brazil vs Morocco match ended around 1AM.
I was tired fr and wanted sleeping
Then I thought to myself, if the goal is to create content around every major World Cup match, why am I about to skip one of the biggest games of the day?
So I went back to my workspace and made one more AI football banter video.
Posted it around around 2am
I woke up this morning and it was already at 142,000 views. 😭❤️
Right now it’s at 887k views
Also I hit 10k followers in the morning, now 11k already.
I’m so glad I fought that urge to sleep and went back to work.
What’s funny is that another AI football clip I posted same yesterday is already over 135,000 views too.
When the World Cup started, most people were talking about downloading FIFA clips and posting reactions.
My approach was different as an Ai creator
Create AI football videos.
I made a thread explaining how I’m doing it, and people who took action are already seeing results.
My students are seeing results too.
Some are hitting thousands and tens of thousands of views on their very first videos. Too much motion 🔥
It’s the World Cup.
The whole world is glued to football content right now.
And the tools cost less than ₦15,000/month.
If you know how to do this already, go through the thread and start.
If you don’t, then join my AI academy and learn directly from me
It’s not late.
I’ll talk about the gigs and opportunities I’ve gotten later 😅
Here is the niche👇
You can study profiles like this, recreate yours and monetize through digital product or platform payout
Link to profile is in the comment👇
$1,700 from brand deals in just a little over a month.
Currently mentoring 11 students... 3 are already monetized, one got hit by termination... others are doing great.
And grew my X from 25 followers to 1.5K in the same window.
Not a “someday” story. This is recent.
Points to note:
1. Carreras will now regret the way he behaved with Arbeloa and his other general conduct at the club last season.
2. Cucurella now could lose his place as the Spain’s starting left-back after this, as RFEF-Negreira-Tebas nexus is in war with Perez and Madrid.
When I’m building a new channel what I do is I’ll post consistently for 3 weeks with about 20 videos then after the 20th video I’ll give a break for about 2-3days the next video I post must bang or take the channel to monetization if it’s not already monetized by then.
One thing I’ll always encourage when starting a YouTube channel:
Don’t disrupt your posting schedule.
If you start with 1 upload a day, stay consistent - at least until you’re monetized.
If you start with 2 uploads every 4 days, stick to it.
Whatever schedule you choose, make it sustainable and stay committed.
Consistency builds momentum.
Momentum builds results.
Don’t break the chain. Keep showing up.
To those asking “What did she tell you?” there’s a lot to learn here.
In situations like this, Ruth didn’t give a simple “keep uploading” type of advice.
it was something that fixed distribution + packaging
Because when views drop right after monetization, it’s usually one of these patterns:
Your content is still good… but YouTube isn’t fully sure who to push it to yet.... So your FIX is SIGNAL CLARITY
Here's how 👇 Hit the F+ button
You didn’t suddenly “get worse.”
You just crossed a threshold where YouTube starts testing your content differently.
Ruth basically gave a way to “retrain” the algorithm’s confidence in your videos.
Audience recalibration:
YouTube may now be showing your videos to slightly wrong viewers after monetization changes. The fix = stronger niche signals (topics that clearly attract ONE audience type).
Early performance boost strategy:
Sometimes it’s about:
• upload timing
• first 30–60 minutes of engagement
• likes, comments, watch time velocity
That early spike can restart distribution.
And that “my audience isn’t even active yet” feeling? That usually confirms it... YouTube is still figuring out your real audience post-change.
You'll want to find this tweet later... share with a YouTube creator who's still guessing.
4 NICHES THAT WILL GET YOU MONETIZED LESS THAN A MONTH
1. Movie Recap Niche
(Mostly Longform Content)
Creating 5-10 Mins Long Summary Of Popular Movies will naturally get you a lot of engagment especially if you have nice and attractive thumbnails on your videos
2. Story Telling/Documentary Niche
(Both short form and Long Form)
Creating documentary Like story telling videos especially about True life past events that people can relate to will get you enough engagement to get monetized in less than a Month
3. Ranking Niche
(Mostly Short-Form Videos)
Creating ranking videos like “Top 5 Richest Rappers,” “Top 10 Most Dangerous Places,” “Best Cars Under $10k,” or “Top 7 AI Tools You Must Use” is one of the fastest ways to gain traction on YouTube.
These videos work because they trigger curiosity and competition — viewers want to see who ranks where, and they often watch till the end to confirm or argue in the comments. Ranking content is highly replayable, easy to consume, and perfect for Shorts, making it ideal for fast subscriber and view growth that can push you to monetization quickly.
4. POV Or Explainer Videos
(Short-Form & Long-Form)
POV or Educational explainer videos break down complex topics into simple, easy-to-understand content. This can include topics like how money works, tech explanations, AI tools, crypto basics, business ideas, or life hacks.
These videos perform extremely well because they provide instant value. When viewers learn something useful in a short time, they’re more likely to subscribe, watch multiple videos, and share the content. Consistently posting clear, helpful explainers can quickly build watch time and loyal subscribers — two key factors for getting monetized fast.
To the true crime folks, one website you shouldn't play with when researching for footages is cbsnews.
Once they cover the case, just know you're eating good with contents 😂
So many clips and images related to the case you won't even know existed.
Lmfao!!! See wetin your idolo dey tell me??
Sharing information so others fit win now na “casting?”
No wonder there’s no longer alpha on tl
Everybody dey open subscribers only channel and be dropping their updates there.
If I not fit source update by myself, how I for dey chop?😄
How to discover niche
1. Open incognito tab on YouTube
2. Search broad topic (history, space, etc)
3. Filter: this week + 25+ min videos
4. Open every faceless channel in new tabs
5. Check if started within 90 days
6. Verify 1M+ views/month (or 300K+ for AI channels)
