Post-residency life is so weird. Like you have to re-learn how to just sit on the couch on a weekday and watch TV with friends without your laptop being open?
Resident Danielle, out 🫡
The last 2 years would not have been what they were without these people by my side, & I feel so lucky to have had such amazing mentors, friends, & opportunities🖤 Let the adult-ing begin

This is just such a poor take, and retrospectively trying to (poorly) defend it is absolutely useless.
Should make those of us at institutions who highly value their TEAM pharmacists extra grateful when seeing something like this
How do you tell a medical doctor?
Real doctors: *reluctant to state they are doctors in public/social forums*
Non-MD/DOs: *take every opportunity to say they are a doctor…* (chiropractors, naturopaths, pharmacists, apothecaries, charlatans…)
New pub alert 🚨 So excited to finally have my PGY2 project published! Couldn’t have done it without @AvaCPharmD@m_feen and Kim Ackerbauer. @BMCPharmRes
shoutout to my preceptors @BryanGPharmD & Kiersten Pasternak for their ED + surgery expertise! Would love to hear any additional pearls from pharmacists who use TEG below 👇🏽
Last week I presented my final CE of residency: Welcome to my TEG Talk. Although BMC isn’t *currently* a TEG institution, it’s still important to be aware of different assays & how they affect mngmnt. Here’s a (very) quick thread on TEG takeaways🩸@BMCPharmRes
⭐️TEG is a valuable tool in better identifying/characterizing coagulopathies in critical illness & optimizing management with a goal of improving both patient care & resource-sparing outcomes⭐️
