@HeyAliux Hi Ali, I have a website called https://t.co/FSMw3u8gOf. I sent you a DM; please get in touch with me. I am currently selling https://t.co/FSMw3u8gOf, and I hope you'll be interested.
Apple or Google rejected your app and you don't know why?
Defanso reads your metadata, screenshots & privacy setup and tells you exactly which guideline will get you rejected β before you submit. It even writes your appeal if you already got hit.
13 tools. Solo-built. β https://t.co/gtoIfP1OG6
"Why pay for an App Store checker when I can just ask ChatGPT?"
Because ChatGPT will confidently invent a guideline number that doesn't exist. When Apple rejects you, "but the AI said 2.3.9" won't save you.
Grounded rules beat a confident guess.
Rebuilt my whole landing page today. Killed the gradient soup, the glass, the emoji icons β everything that screams "AI-generated."
Also shipped dark + light themes.
Wild how much restraint reads as premium. I used to add effects; now I remove them.
Nobody tells first-time iOS devs this:
Apple will reject your app for a privacy label that says "we collect nothing" β if any SDK you bolted on (analytics, ads, crash tools) quietly grabs a device ID.
The label has to match reality. Check it before you submit.
Pulling the "free for everyone" promo early.
A free tool everyone likes but no one pays for isn't a business β it's a hobby. Turning on real pricing to find out which one this is.
Free plan stays. Pro starts at $2.99 π‘οΈ
Rebuilt my landing page from scratch today.
Killed the gradient soup, the glassmorphism, the emoji icons β everything that screams "AI-generated."
Now it just looks like a real product. Dark + light β

Honest feedback? π‘οΈ
100% agree β it's a blunt heuristic. Similar screenshots aren't spam,
but spam farms DO reuse one screenshot template across 50 cloned apps,
so Apple's matcher casts a wide net and catches legit devs like you in
the crossfire.
Dumb rule, but knowing the trigger = you can dodge it. Appreciate you
sharing your setup π‘οΈ
This week I watched 3 different devs get their apps auto-rejected as "4.3 Design Spam." None of them were spammers.
The trigger nobody tells you: Apple's matcher fingerprints your screenshots, not your code. Share one screenshot design system across your apps β it reads your portfolio as one app cloned N times.
Fix: differentiate each app's screenshots. Prevent it before you submit β https://t.co/gtoIfP2mvE (free till Oct 1) π‘οΈ
Apple rejected your app and you don't know why?
Defanso reads your metadata, screenshots & privacy setup and tells you exactly which guideline will get you rejected β before you submit. Plus writes your appeal if you already got hit.

Ugh, that auto-spam sweep hit a lot of people this week. Your dispute can win if you make the differences explicit β purpose, audience, features per app. That's the part Apple actually reads.
I built a tool for exactly this appeal β paste your rejection, it drafts the reply. Would genuinely love your feedback: https://t.co/gtoIfP1OG6 (free till Oct 1) π‘οΈ
That's the smoking gun. 4.3 "Design Spam" fingerprints your screenshots, not your code β one shared design system across 8 apps and Apple's matcher reads them as one app cloned 8Γ. New builds won't fix it, differentiating each app's screenshots will.
Run your next update through Defanso before you submit β the screenshot-guard flags exactly this. Free for everyone until Oct 1, no card: https://t.co/gtoIfP1OG6 π‘οΈ
Honestly the best reply I've gotten. You're right β free feedback isn't willingness-to-pay. Free is just so I can catch bugs + see which of the 13 tools people actually open. But I'm adding a "lock launch price" button this week, and zero clicks = my real answer. Following you β sounds like you've shipped more than me. π‘οΈ
Every day I see the same post from devs:
"Apple rejected my app for Guideline 5.1.1 and I have no idea why."
App Store review is a black box. One rejection = 1β2 weeks lost. Sometimes months.
So I built Defanso to fix that. π§΅π
If Apple hit you with an instant "4.3(a) Design - Spam" rejection this week, it's not you β their automated matcher is misfiring at scale right now. Even long-live apps are getting caught.
The fix isn't resubmitting. It's a Resolution Center reply asking them to name the matched apps + a phone call with App Review.
I built a tool that does the diagnosis + drafts both for you π

Did you see the teams PSG got drawn against in the Champions League? π
Anyway, shamelessly changing the subject because I built something π
A tool that tells you which App Store / Google Play guideline will reject your app BEFORE you submit: Defanso. Free for everyone right now π https://t.co/gtoIfP1OG6
Rejection hurts about as much as a brutal draw β but this one we can fix π‘οΈ
Here's mine π Defanso β tells you which App Store / Google Play guideline will reject your app (and how to fix it) before you submit. Also built a dedicated tool for the automated 4.3 "spam" wave hitting devs right now. Free until Oct 1: https://t.co/gtoIfP1OG6
ps β building is brutal some days, that's not failure, that's the job. keep shipping π
@danellisona If you build iOS/Android apps β I post exactly which App Store guideline will get you rejected, and how to fix it, before you hit submit. Right now I'm decoding the automated 4.3 "Design Spam" wave nuking even long-live apps. Building Defanso in public π‘οΈ https://t.co/FSMw3u8gOf
