For me, it's poor communication during issues. I can accept maintenance or delayed withdrawals if the exchange clearly explains what's happening and provides regular updates. What frustrates users is silence. Transparency builds trust, especially in crypto where people are trusting platforms with their funds.
Something interesting is being built.
Not another exchange. A platform designed around what crypto users actually want.
If you're early, you'll see it first.

What is the one feature every crypto exchange gets wrong? 👇

AI in crypto isn't hype anymore, the usage numbers are real, and the problems being solved (emotional trading, 24/7 monitoring, agent identity) are genuine gaps.
But "AI agent" branding alone means nothing without verifiable product behind itsame lesson as always in this space. Watch the usage, not the label.
DYOR. Not financial advice.

Every cycle in crypto has had a defining narrative. DeFi in 2020. NFTs in 2021. Meme coins in 2023-24.
In 2025-26, it's AI agents and unlike some past narratives, this one has real usage numbers behind it, not just a story. Let's break down what AI actually is, how it's reshaping crypto, and where the real advantages are. 🧵
12/13
Now the honest part is every advantage here has a real risk attached.
As agents get more autonomous, the attack surface grows with them. In 2026, there have already been real incidents involving compromised agent memory and insecure connections between agents and their tools, leading to real losses. Autonomy without security is just a faster way to lose money.
11/13
That's actually a natural fit for crypto specifically cryptographic signatures and onchain verification are exactly the tools needed to give an AI agent a provable identity, tied to a human owner, with built in limits. This is one of the more interesting infrastructure races happening right now, even if most people aren't watching it yet.
10/13
Beyond trading, AI is reshaping the blockchain industry's plumbing itself.
One real, unsolved problem researchers are flagging is scaling dentity.
In financial services, nonhuman ("agent") identities already outnumber human employees roughly 96 to 1,yet these agents are effectively unbanked. They need a verifiable, onchain identity system before they can be trusted to transact independently at scale.
9/13
Advantage 3
Better risk checking before capital moves.
AI agents can pull a token's onchain history, contract audit status, and liquidity depth, and flag risk before you trade the kind of due diligence most people skip because it's tedious. Done right, this could make "ape in blind" a lot rarer.
8/13
Advantage 2:
Speed and coverage no human can match.
Markets don't sleep, but humans do. An AI agent can watch dozens of pairs, pools, and chains simultaneously, catching opportunities or risks (like a liquidity pool suddenly draining) the moment they appear not hours later when you check your phone.
7/13
That's exactly the gap an AI agent is built to close.
Picture pairing infrastructure like Adrena's peer-to-pool perp exchange with an AI agent layer
the agent monitors your position and the market 24/7, and only acts within rules you set in advance no panic selling, no revenge trading, no emotional override.
6/13
Advantages.
Let's start with trading, since it's the most tangible.
Advantage 1: AI removes the emotional failure point.
Remember the @AdrenaProtocol thread, the hardest part of trading was never finding the setup, it was overriding your own plan under emotion, without any system checking you.
5/13
The scale here isn't small talk. The AI crypto sector grew from roughly $9B to $22-27B in market cap between early 2025 and May 2026,even after a 16% correction earlier this year.
That correction is the important part: it wiped out tokens that slapped "AI agent" on their branding with zero real product. What survived were projects with actual, verifiable onchain usage. That's a meaningful filter to remember before trusting any "AI x crypto" project.
4/13
So how is AI actually changing crypto and blockchain right now?
Three concrete shifts
→ Trading is moving from manual clicking to AI "co-pilots" that prepare or execute trades with approval
→ Onchain analysis that used to take hours (research, risk checking) is compressing to minutes
→ New infrastructure is emerging just to let AI agents safely hold and move funds on their own
3/13
That distinction matters for crypto specifically.
Older "trading bots" followed fixed rules, "if price drops X%, sell." An AI agent instead reads live onchain data, compares signals across exchanges, monitors sentiment, tracks DeFi/DEX/CEX flows continuously, and can plan multi step strategies adjusting as conditions change instead of following one static rule.
2/13
First what is AI?
At its core, AI is software that can take in information, recognize patterns in it, and make a decision or prediction without a human manually programming every single rule for every situation.
An "AI agent" goes one step further, it doesn't just answer a question, it can reason through a goal, use tools, and take real actions to complete it.
