I bought an account 31 october 2023. Back then I was still learning how to trade so I was not going all In on the account and was only taking few trades with really low risk so I wouldnt blow it while learning. Time pass by and as all know we got migrated to match trader from mt5.
I sent all the proof we had to send back then and got my 2 accounts back (bought another one a month after because of the low pricing/promo).

A few weeks ago I passed my phase 1 on the first 100k account I bought. This tuesday the 9th july I passed my phase 2. And bear In mind I have proof of everything. Then I had to do the verification and I sent everything in and all of a sudden I get a mail that my account is breached because of inactivity which first of all makes no sense since I always had the account, passed phase 1 and 2. I text the support and they start questioning me how my account is still active since October in a way if it is impossible to do so. I tell them the reason behind as I wrote in the top of this and told them there is also no time limit so I can use as long as I want.

They ask for more proof as order receipts because they start saying some people got accounts they was not supposed to get after the migration but I have my thing on lock so I provide any proof, order receipts and everything to them. And I end up getting this mail word for word.

“Upon checking, your account was migrated and proofs provided were inadequate so accounts team decided to breach the account.”

And bear in mind. 1. I have every proof. 2. How can I have traded on this account for this long, pass phase 1, get a new account, pass phase 2, send them every proof and still get breached with absolutely no reason, funny right. I still didn’t get a reason? So stay far far far away and don’t use your time trying to pass anything with them.

Further more I make a ticket on their discord and get in touch with a moderator and explain everything.
And his first excuse is that apparently I got my account because of a system error when migrating was happening because apparently there was no active accounts from October, like I didn’t payed for the accounts I had right now and after some texts I provide him with proof that I payed for both accounts from my bank. After he got that proof he asks me for a screenshot of my dashboard from around mid February to proof I had the accounts active months after I bought which I find really odd but luckily I had pictures of my accounts from 5th march so he got proof again.

After that he asks why and how I had access to the old dashboard when migrating happened between 29 feb to 4 march. I had to show proof again that I spoke with support in the last week in march about I hadn’t got access to the new dashboard. Now he got proof for every single question he asked me and
as I thought I did a good job to provide proof for every question he tells me that all accounts bought pre January was not eligible for migration from MT5 to Match trader. That is the most crazy thing I heard and as it couldn’t be more funny that is, of course, the only question he didn’t want to answer me and now he deleted the ticket and both my accounts are breached on my dashboard.

Now I’m standing here with two breached accounts even though I just passed phase 1 and 2 with 100k and was waiting for my funded AND my 200k account in phase 1.
