@SymplyTonbra If you watched the final fight in Book 2, Katara was always depicted to have the upper hand against a sane Azula, who needed help from Zuko and the Dai Lee.

Now with blood bending on her side (whereas Azula didn't get any amps after Book 2), Katara is definitely stronger.
