🚨JUST IN: NIGERIA FOOTBALL BELONGS TO NIGERIANS!

No Nigerian is more Nigerian than any Nigerian. Including the NFF @thenff

Nigerian football belongs to Nigerians. And as Nigerians, we have the right to peacefully demand accountability from the people entrusted with running our football.
If fifa @FIFAcom has to ban us SO BE IT!
We are no longer comfortable with the present administration of Nigerian football. Years of questionable decisions, poor leadership, inadequate planning and the realities confronting our football have brought us to a point where silence is no longer an option.

This is why, in September, we will be coming out peacefully and marching to the National Assembly, calling on the lawmakers to intervene and ensure that the concerns surrounding the NFF election are properly addressed.

We want to save Nigerian football.

And if protecting the future of Nigerian football means confronting the consequences that may come with demanding reform, then so be it. We cannot continue sacrificing the future of our football simply to preserve a system that Nigerians have repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with.

Our position is simple:

We demand a complete overhaul of the Nigerian football administration and accountability from the top to the bottom.

From the President to every level of the administration, Nigerians deserve better.

September, we march.

Not for violence.
Not for destruction.
For accountability.
For reform.
For Nigerian football.

Nigerian football belongs to Nigerians.
